On-Line Store Policy
Exchanges and Refunds

• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days.
• Must be in condition it was received.
• Must not be used, worn or damaged.
• Refunds will only be given on returned items IF they meet above criteria.
• Refunds: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be issued a credit to the card you used.
• Exchanges: customer will pay shipping to return item and store will pay to ship exchanged item back to customer. After the first exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.  Since with Paypal we do not have your credit card, you will be responsible for supplying us with a credit card number before the new merchandise will be shipped.
• You may want to insure your return: we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
• Please indicate reason for return and/or what specifically you are exchanging item for.
• We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays)
• We can only accept international orders via email or phone.
